"Best ice cream in Brighton hands down. We had lavender and honey, marmite and cardamom and WOW. We have been before and loved it but we’re not expecting the like the marmite. The lovely gentleman behind the counter let us try it first and it blew our minds. If you're expecting traditional flavours this isn’t the place for you, but it is right up our street. Great experience as always, the staff are welcoming and accommodating and the taste and texture of the ice cream is exceptional. We will be back for sure :)"

"The best ice cream I have had in my life. Don’t be fooled when people rave about places because of crazy toppings and massive scoops, because this place is GENUINELY good, not just trendy. The gelato is thick and creamy but not heavy, so smooth and refreshing. The scoops are so generous, but most importantly the flavours are insane. You’re not going to find many of your normal go-to options here, think wild - think hay, matcha, bay leaf, sherry. Brass Monkey is truly an experience and it does everything so well. Even the cake there is great. It’s open late which is fab for a sweet treat later on at night, and I cannot rave about this place enough s"

"We popped in today for coffee and cake today. The service was fantastic and the food and drinks were excellent. The team working today were kind and friendly and the icecream is something else. I don't think I've ever had such delicious flavours. We will definitely be back."
